I feel that as a result of my PCI training and through coaching conversations with clients I see life differently. I am now better able to let go of control, secure in the knowledge that if things fall apart or I experience loss something positive will take its place and that life has a way of reorganizing.
First, thank you for allowing me to be part of The PCI and this fantastic journey. Secondly, on this journey of learning, growing, and definitely transforming, I want to say thank you. Because of this wonderful, intensive, enriching program that you have worked incredibly hard to create, maintain, and facilitate, I have been given a gift—the gift of a well thought out curriculum that encourages and allows for personal transformation. I have become focused on the present, “being” as opposed to “doing.” Lastly, I appreciate and am grateful for the opportunity to become a certified parent coach…providing such a valuable opportunity to parents and families to define and achieve their dream is incredibly fulfilling. I find that the living systems principles have become an internal part of me in both my life and my parent coaching…The value your program provides far exceeded my every expectation. I am sure many of your students feel the same.
Thank you so much for this opportunity to learn and grow under your tutelage. I feel very blessed to be a part of this movement. It is all very exciting!
With our PCI model and the power that it holds, I now know that I have the tools I need to change the world, and I am going to do it, one small step, one parent and one family at a time. The ripple effect of that work is literally unfathomable. That is my true mission on this planet—that I know to be true.
I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I’m appreciating the transformational aspect of this style of coaching…I’m seeing a lot of people who are parent coaches who just come in and try to solve problems. But this process we do is so different and big picture. It really is about transforming how people think of themselves—we are so much more than the sum of our problems. I think having my first clients and having to explain in a new way why I work in this way had gotten me much clearer on that. I’m so grateful I found the PCI! Keep up the good work.
Valerie and I have loved the course. We feel blessed to have found it and grown from it both as people and as coaches, thank you.
While some big decisions were made that altered my course and led me to PCI, it has been the gentle interaction with the PCI curriculum and colleagues as well as the coaching practice that has impacted me the greatest. I say often to my husband that if my only outcome of participating in the PCI certification process is merely the change in myself and our family dynamic, then it was a well-spent investment of time and money. Of course I aspire to make coaching my next career, but this experience has been most profound!
I have found my calling was the greatest compliment you could have given me! I am thrilled and touched. Thank you so much. Leaving educational administration was the right thing for me to do. Being a parent coach is my path and I love it!
It’s all here at the PCI: brain development and appropriate activities, identifying strengths and values, parenting styles, a wonderfully effective coaching process methodology. The PCI training gave me tools to help lift the immobilizing load of guilt and frustration from a parent’s shoulders. It’s a heady brew of intellectual challenge, personal growth, and skills development. Creative thinkers apply here!
I just love, love, love how all the staff at PCI live the Appreciative Inquiry mode. The kind and thoughtful way you approach the students is an example to live by!
